Most recently at Cisco, I led design for CX Cloud and Security products, streamlining complex workflows and creating role-based experiences for a Licensing SaaS tool that helped users make faster, smarter, and more confident decisions. My innovation work earned a patent and was recognized among the top ideas out of 400+ submissions in 2023.

I’ve also designed cross-platform consumer and responsive device experiences from Ericsson’s TV ecosystem to HP’s touchscreen Music app and automotive infotainment bringing clarity and consistency across different products.

Today, I focus on building minimal, human-centered experiences at the intersection of enterprise UX, design systems, and AI-driven solutions.
